We are Thera East Anglia, an ‘Outstanding’ CQC-rated service near Norwich, and we’re looking for passionate, friendly, and resilient individuals to join our inclusive team in Brundall (NR13) as a Support Worker.

If you’re caring and have a great sense of humour, we want to hear from you! No experience is necessary – we provide all the training you need to excel.

The Details & The Flexibility

We offer excellent pay and a shift pattern designed to give you more time off:

  • Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
  • Sleep-In Rate: £50.00 per sleep-in
  • Contract: Permanent (Full-Time, Part-Time, or Relief)
  • Hours: Flexible 24/7 Shift Pattern including Early, Late, Long Days, Waking Nights, and Sleep-Ins.
  • Location: Brundall, near Norwich (NR13)
