A regional healthcare provider is looking for an Assistant Security / Violence & Aggression Officer to join their Health, Safety and Security Team in the UK. This role involves supporting operational management at various hospital sites, assisting with staff training in personal safety, and providing support in cases of violence and aggression. The ideal candidate should have a Level 3 Diploma in Security Management and possess experience in healthcare security. Competitive salary of £27,898 to £30,615 annually, with both full-time and job share options available.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Security Management or equivalent experience and knowledge.
• Thorough knowledge of security-related standards and procedures.
• SIA registration.

Responsibilities

• Support operational management arrangements at hospital sites.
• Assist Security Adviser with personal safety training.
• Provide advice to staff affected by violence and aggression.

Skills

Security Service experience in healthcare

Experience in training delivery
