East Bay Community Action Program is seeking an exceptional Primary Care Provider to lead our integrated healthcare approach!
Step into a role where your clinical expertise meets true community impact! You\'ll provide comprehensive medical services to individuals and families across all ages while pioneering an innovative integrated care model that synchronizes with mental health, dental, and social services under one roof.
Education & Credentials: MD from accredited medical school, OR • DO from accredited osteopathic medical school, OR • Master\'s degree in Physician Assistant Studies, OR • Master\'s/Doctoral degree in Nursing with Family Practice specialization
Licensure & Certifications: • Current Rhode Island state license (MD, DO, PA-C, or NP) • Board certification in Family Medicine/Family Practice • Current DEA registration • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
Clinical Expertise: • Completed residency or equivalent clinical experience • Proficiency in neonatal/infant care, women\'s health, and pre/post-operative care • Experience treating conditions across all age groups • Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and community health issues
