The candidate should have 5–8 years of medical industry PR experience, strong media relations skills, and a track record in executing integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing or related field is required
• Minimum of 5-8 years of medical industry experience in PR, corporate communications or media relations preferred
• Experience in both in-house and agency environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communications plans covering earned media, product launches and integrated campaigns
• Identify market trends and cultural moments to create impactful narratives
• Act as primary media contact, pitch stories, design content and coordinate interviews for senior leaders
• Translate global strategy into actionable PR plans and execute with precision
• Track, analyze and report PR performance after major events using metrics like coverage, sentiment, reach and ROI
