Job summary

Hanover Communications in London is seeking a proactive Account Executive for the Healthcare Communications team. You will deliver high-quality PR services to existing healthcare clients, support media outreach, and assist with new business activities.

You will work with product PR, patient advocacy, crisis management, and media relations, contributing to campaigns, preparing materials, and maintaining stakeholder records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in PR/communications roles, either agency or in-house.
• Good knowledge of healthcare communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
• Effective time management and ability to work in a team.
• Demonstrable interest in media, news and current affairs.

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of the media to identify coverage opportunities.
• Draft high quality materials for client review.
• Maintain records of target stakeholder groups relevant to clients.
• Deliver assigned areas of projects on timescales and budget.
• Conduct value-added research and draft intelligence reports for clients.
• Draft client meeting agendas and action notes; maintain databases.
• Contribute to selected new business pitches as part of the team.
