Job summary

Medirest, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking a dedicated Porter to support smooth operations at Healthcare sites on a full-time basis (35 hours per week). The role focuses on maintaining high standards of customer care and cleanliness while supporting reception duties and room setup.

You will work within our healthcare catering and facilities team across NHS Trusts and private hospitals. The ideal candidate is adaptable, communicative, and reliable, with experience in delivering quality

Responsibilities

• Maintain lobby and public areas clean and tidy.
• Assist housekeeping, restaurant and banqueting staff with setup and moving furniture.
• Handle reception duties such as bookings and reservations.
• Respond to customer requests and provide assistance as needed.
• Run errands as required.
• Ensure safety by posting/removing wet floor or hazard signage.
