The ideal candidate will have a background in PFI/PPP or hard FM environments, with a proven record in managing service providers and stakeholder relationships. The position involves four days on-site per week to facilitate operational visibility and effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in an SPV, Healthcare Estates, or Hard FM operational environment.
• Proven track record managing FM service providers.
• Understanding of lifecycle planning and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities
