Beaumont Care Homes Limited is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to work 20 hours per week as part of the kitchen team in our Northern Ireland home. You will assist the Cook Manager to prepare nutritious meals, maintain hygiene, and support residents with a high standard of dining experiences.

In this role you will follow HACCP guidelines, work as part of a team, and contribute to a friendly, professional environment with flexible shifts including a 3 days on, 4 days off pattern.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledgeable of food hygiene and food preparation.
• Knowledge of HACCP.
• Team player who engages well with others.
• Energetic and hard-working.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.

Aufgaben

• Help prepare all meals within the home, paying consideration to special dietary requirements.
• Ensure the general cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen area, equipment and appliances.
• Develop a positive relationship with all residents, staff and other visitors to the home.
• Regularly seek feedback from residents and staff in order to continually improve the level of service offered.
• Receive, check and safely store kitchen deliveries.
