- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Jira/Azure DevOps.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and backlog for healthcare IoT and connected devices.
- Translate customer service workflows into product features and requirements.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to align vision with architecture.
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
- Drive development of device monitoring, remote support, and service automation.
- Ensure HIPAA and HITECH Act compliance in product design.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and validate features via UAT and metrics.
- Drive integration with EHR/EMR systems and IoT ecosystems.
