Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Experience in healthcare industry is advantageous.
• Analytical mindset with ability to manage projects.
• Familiar with marketing tools: PR, website development, social media, market research, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a marketing plan to support growth and brand presence.
• Create compelling copy for website, brochures and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the business development team to target marketing efforts.
• Manage social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and improve engagement.
• Plan promotional campaigns using MailChimp and analyse results to inform future activity.
• Ensure consistent brand management and corporate identity across materials.
• Liaise with external publications for advertising opportunities and editorial features.
• Support award nominations and organise attendance at industry conferences.
• Monitor and report on ROI of marketing activities.
