Job summary

Whitestone Resourcing Limited is seeking a Technical Project Manager on a 6‑month contract to support a Healthcare portfolio in the High Wycombe area. The role focuses on delivering hard FM services with emphasis on M&E, premises management, and lifecycle replacements.

The successful candidate will provide legislative and operational advice, supporting management and sourcing for service delivery within contractual and financial parameters. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH qualification (mechanical & electrical & health & safety).
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Experience in audit and compliance for building services.
• Experience in Hospital/NHS settings.
• Strong teamwork with ability to use initiative.
• Operational knowledge of Hard FM services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercially astute with cost‑effective solutions and strong delivery control.
