Job summary

A leading Tier-1 national FM Service Provider in Manchester is looking for a Commercial Manager. You will oversee all contractual obligations and lead the Estates team on commercial matters for a large PFI healthcare account. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, alongside experience in PFI and healthcare estates. Competitive salary up to £65,000 plus travel allowance and bonus.

Qualifications

• Education: BSc or equivalent in Business Management or Engineering Principles.
• Professional Membership: RICS / CIMA / ACCA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of hard FM contracts and project agreement schedules.
• Oversee commercial procedures for supply chain contracts and procurement amendments.
• Ensure compliance and performance across the large PFI Acute Healthcare Estate.
