Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle: scoping, tendering, contracting, delivery, and completion.
• Prepare and issue briefs to suppliers, evaluate quotations, and ensure value for money.
• Oversee contractors on site, ensuring safety and compliance (SHTMs, CDM, infection control).
• Coordinate project schedules to minimise disruption to clinical services.
• Maintain accurate records and perform post-completion reviews.
• Engage with clinical teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to communicate progress, risks, and costs.
• Uphold compliance with NHS / Serco standards and regulations.

Skills

Proven experience managing small works or minor construction projects

Strong organisational skills

Excellent communication skills

Budget management expertise

Technical knowledge of health-sector compliance (CDM, SHTMs)
