Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely collect and deliver pharmaceutical and healthcare products.

• Ensure products remain within required temperature ranges throughout transportation.
• Accurately capture electronic proof of delivery and complete driver manifests.

The Role

As a Healthcare Delivery Driver (Multi-Drop), you will be responsible for collecting and delivering temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical and healthcare products across multiple locations on a daily route. You will deliver to a variety of customers, including: Hospitals, GP surgeries, Retail pharmacies, Pharmaceutical wholesalers, Healthcare facilities, Patients in their homes. This is a customer-facing role that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional service experience. You may also occasionally assist patients with the return or rotation of healthcare products, making excellent customer service skills essential.

We're Looking For :

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' driving experience.

Desirable Experience

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience.
• Experience working within healthcare, pharmaceutical, logistics, or temperature-controlled environments.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.

Working Hours

This role is contracted at 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of healthcare logistics, flexibility is essential. Additional hours may be required to support urgent and time-critical medical deliveries. Drivers can typically expect to work between 48 and 52 hours per week, depending on operational requirements.
