Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is recruiting a Data Analyst for a 6-month contract in the public sector healthcare domain. The role focuses on extracting, validating, analysing and interpreting complex data to support service improvement and workforce planning.

You will translate analyses into reports, dashboards and actionable insights for stakeholders across the organisation. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, developing performance frameworks, and providing evidence-based recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing data from multiple systems and sources.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with case management data and operational datasets.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data from operational, workforce and corporate systems.
• Investigate complex datasets and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Produce meaningful reports, dashboards and analytical outputs.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support operational and strategic priorities.
• Monitor operational performance and key performance indicators.
• Support teams in identifying opportunities for service improvement.
• Contribute to the development of performance monitoring frameworks.
• Support demand forecasting and capacity planning activities.
• Develop trend-based and predictive reporting.
• Analyse historical activity data to support business planning.
• Present findings and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders.
• Support managers in interpreting and acting upon performance information.
• Work collaboratively with operational and non-technical teams.
