What You’ll Be Doing:

  • ✅ Confidently pitch our training solutions in meetings, proposals, and events
  • ✅ Build a healthy sales pipeline and collaborate closely with marketing & product teams
  • ✅ Represent ABUKA at national events and conferences
  • ✅ Influence service development through market insights and client feedback
What We’re Looking For:
  • ✅ Proven track record in business development within healthcare training & development
  • ✅ Strong relationships in NHS trusts, care providers, or training institutions
  • ✅ Knowledge of healthcare compliance, CQC standards & training frameworks
  • ✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • ✅ A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for growth
  • ✅ Full UK driving licence & willingness to travel
