Job summary

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for Writtle Ward, a general surgery ward. The role focuses on direct patient care, including washing, dressing, helping patients move, serving meals, and monitoring well-being.

Job description

A Healthcare Assistant post on Writtle Ward, a general surgery ward run by Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, open to people with or without previous healthcare experience. The work centres on direct patient care: washing and dressing patients, serving meals, helping people move, and keeping an eye on their condition. Full-time and part-time hours are on offer, with flexible working to discuss, and training is provided from induction onward. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
