Job summary

Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital is seeking a part-time Healthcare Assistant – Ward (Bank) to support the ward on ad-hoc shifts, including weekends. The role pays £13.00 per hour and offers the chance to contribute to high standards of patient care in a busy hospital environment.

You will work with colleagues to meet deadlines, follow instructions, and provide compassionate support to patients. NVQ2/3 qualified applicants with acute hospital or care experience are welcome.

As a Healthcare Assistant on the Ward at our Warwickshire Hospital, you’ll show us you’re able to meet deadlines and follow instructions.

You have a good telephone manner, and great computer and database skills. If you’re qualified to NVQ Level 2 or 3, with relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting, that’s even better.

Working arrangements

Bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
