Job summary

Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital is seeking a Healthcare Assistant on the ward for a permanent, full-time role that includes weekend work. You will support patient care with a focus on quality and efficiency, handling administrative duties and contributing to a team of nurses and consultants.

Ideal candidates will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, have experience in acute hospital or care settings, and possess strong telephone, computer and database skills.

Up to £25,800.00 per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

As a Healthcare Assistant on the ward at our hospital, you’ll show us you’re able to meet deadlines and follow instructions. You have a good telephone manner, and great computer and database skills. You will be qualified with an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, and hold relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting.

As a Healthcare Assistant on the ward, you will:

• Put patient care first
• Carry out administrative duties
• Supporting a team of Registered Nurses and consultants in the delivery of exceptional patient care, pre and post surgery
