A leading healthcare provider in Liverpool is seeking Band 3 Health Care Assistants. Duties include supporting patient care, maintaining hygiene, and assisting with mobility and nutrition. Ward 3 is looking for Band 3 health care assistants to join our team. The successful applicant should be highly motivated with good interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure and work well within the team. They should have a keen desire to provide and maintain a high standard of care at all times. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, the Ward/Department team provides the highest possible standard of care for patients and their families/carers. The post holder will undertake a range of tasks and duties as delegated by a registered nurse. As a Band 3 HCA you will be responsible for providing high standards of care. Your role will involve assisting the nursing staff with clinical duties. Training will be arranged for you to achieve these skills. Being a Band 3 HCA also means you will lead by example and supervise and support junior members of staff to improve and maintain high standards of care. Full/Part Time Post available. From 4th April 2024 the minimum salary requirement for a skilled visa increases to £23,200.
