A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join their surgical wards. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Assistant to join one of our Surgical Wards, including Surgical Day Care, Kennedy Ward (Hillingdon Hospital) and Trinity Unit (Mount Vernon).
We are seeking enthusiastic, caring, and experienced individuals who would enjoy the challenge of working as a health care assistant. The post holder will provide patient‑centred and compassionate care and will work as a member of a team that delivers clinical care under the supervision of registered nursing staff.
The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring that patients are cared for in a safe environment and that their privacy and dignity is maintained at all times. You will be required to provide direct care, verbal and written reports, and actively develop a relationship with patients and carers to ensure a positive experience for all.

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services, including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust’s services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
