Halcyon Health & Social Care is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team on a temporary basis across a range of care settings, including care homes and supported living environments. You will assist with personal care, support daily activities, and follow care plans to provide high-quality care.

We offer flexible shifts, competitive hourly rates and weekly pay, with ongoing training and a supportive team. A driving license is advantageous, and sponsorship is not offered.

The Role

As a Temporary Healthcare Assistant, you’ll work across a variety of care settings, including care homes, supported living environments, and residential services. No two days will be the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the individuals you support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months' practical experience in the UK social care sector.
• A caring, empathetic, and reliable nature.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different care environments.
• A driving license is advantageous, as some services may require travel.
