  • Monitor learners’ progress, offering feedback and encouragement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a phlebotomist, with a strong foundation in education or training.
  • Relevant certifications including a Phlebotomy Certificate, Basic Life Support (BLS), Safeguarding Adults Level 2, and Infection Control Training.
  • Additional training such as Information Governance, Equality, Diversity & Human Rights, Fire Awareness, Health & Safety, Lone Worker Training, and more.
