A leading healthcare charity is looking for a compassionate Healthcare Assistant in North Wales to provide holistic care for patients at the end of life. This community-based role involves working under registered professionals, assisting with daily living activities, and offering emotional support to patients and their families. As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team delivering holistic, person-centred end of life care. Working under the guidance of registered professionals, you'll support patients and those important to them with personal care, symptom management, and emotional support.
You’ll contribute to care planning, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe and dignified environment. This is a compassionate and hands‑on role where you’ll make a meaningful difference in people’s lives during their final stages, while also supporting their loved ones through grief and bereavement.

Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 2 (aligned with AFC) £24,833 pro rata per annum + enhancements
Contract: As and When, Night Shifts
Based: Community Based North Wales Flintshire & Wrexham orConwy & Denbighshire
