Job summary

A health care provider in the UK is seeking dedicated staff to provide clinical care for children and young adults with complex health needs. This role requires driving and offers flexible day shifts with full training provided. Key tasks include aiding personal care, administering medication, and managing chest care. Ideal candidates will have a Level 2/Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and excellent communication skills.

Job description

NurtureCare is commissioned to support both children and young adults with complex health and additional health needs within the home environment.

24-36 Hour Contract - Fully Flexible Day Shifts. MUST BE A DRIVER.

Staff requirements

• The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Level 2/Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Clinical care you will provide – full training will be given:

• Chest management
• Moving and handling including the use of a hoist and slide sheets
• Aiding with morning and night time routines including personal care, dressing and washing
• Administering medication
• Assisting with eating and drinking
