A leading healthcare provider in Bradford is seeking an experienced Healthcare Support Worker to join their team. The successful candidate will provide direct patient care and support a diverse group of healthcare professionals. Applicants should possess strong interpersonal skills, basic literacy and numeracy, and be willing to complete a Care Certificate. This is a permanent position with competitive pay, requiring shift work across days, nights, and weekends.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, hardworking, caring and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The role requires a 24/7 service and involves working a combination of days, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Provide direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Support Registered Nurse, Nursing Associates and multi‑disciplinary teams in your ward or department and across the Trust.
Full‑time: 37.50 hours per week.
Part‑time: 23.50 – 30.00 hours per week (minimum 23.50 hours).
The Healthcare Support Worker Bootcamp will take place over 2 weeks – Monday to Friday 8:00‑16:30. After completing Bootcamp you will join your allocated ward or department.

Due to the shift pattern, the role is NOT suitable for full‑time higher education students (e.g., A‑Levels, college, university).
