• Carrying out routine clinical observations (BP, pulse, temperature)
• Supporting treatment room procedures (wound care, dressings)
• Performing ECGs and basic health checks
• Assisting with phlebotomy if trained
• Updating digital patient records per service protocols
• Supporting clinicians with general duties as needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment

You will assist with day-to-day treatment room duties, essential observations and routine procedures, ensuring smooth patient flow and consistent clinical support across the service.

Requirements

• Previous HCA experience in primary care or NHS clinical settings
• Confident performing routine clinical observations
• Phlebotomy experience desirable
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinic environments
• Enhanced DBS
