Locums First is seeking Locum Healthcare Assistants for Much Hadham to provide flexible clinical support across local primary care services. You will assist with routine tasks, patient observations, and contribute to smooth clinic flow, with guidance and structured workflows.

Role involves ECGs, phlebotomy if trained, and delivering lifestyle advice. Fully flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings or weekends are available, with strong emphasis on patient-facing skills and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous HCA experience in primary care, community or NHS settings.
• Phlebotomy skills desirable.
• Ability to perform clinical observations confidently.
• Good communication and patient interaction skills.
• Adaptability across different primary care environments.
• Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities
