The role will offer you the opportunity to build on your experience and development of working effectively within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team. There is mandatory training to complete plus training will also be provided where required dependent on current skills, qualifications and experience.

The Healthcare Assistant will deliver and assistclinical staff in the provision of treatment, preventative care, healthpromotion and patient education whilst also supporting theadministrative/nursing teams on an as-required basis. Duties will include not not limited to: venepuncture, baseline observations eg blood pressure, temperature, pulse, BMI, advising patients of test results on the phone in, support nurses where required, new patient health checks, chaperoning, ECG's.
