Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Health Care Assistant. The successful candidate will be flexible and reliable. You will work closely with our dedicated team of carers to act as an advocate for our clients to promote their wishes, maintain their independence and well being, support them with personal care and activities of daily living, assist in social activities and interact with clients all whilst ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

The post holder will have excellent communication skills and have a friendly and caring attitude. A NVQ/QCF Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable with experience but not essential as full training and support will be given.

There is a requirement for you to work weekends and evenings on a rotational basis. Full time and Part time roles available.

Must be residentially qualified.
