Job summary

OneCall24 Limited is currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants in the Highfield area for nursing and residential homes in Leicester. These are ongoing day, night and weekend shifts, with a focus on compassionate personal care and patient monitoring.

As a Healthcare Assistant you will help with daily living activities, assist with meals, support mobility, and ensure resident comfort. Applicants should have at least 6 months UK experience in the last 2 years and be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months relevant UK experience in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight.
• Moving and handling of patients, assisting around the home.
• Providing personal care, such as washing and personal Hygiene.
• Serving meals and helping to feed patients.
• Showing compassion, while talking to patients and making them comfortable.
