Job summary

Nexo People is seeking Female Healthcare Assistants to join a domiciliary care team in Eastbourne, East Sussex. This full-time temporary role offers a pathway to permanent placement, with shifts across the UK and a commitment to putting carers first.

Responsibilities include visiting clients at home to provide person-centred care, supporting daily living tasks, meals, hydration, and medication prompts. A DBS, mandatory training, and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months' paid UK care experience in the last 2 years.
• Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us).
• Up-to-date DBS.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Female only due to the 1-to-1 nature of care.
• Reliable, friendly and strong communication skills.

Essential requirements:

• Youmust be a female due to the 1-to-1 nature of care
• At least 3 months' paid UK care experience in the last 2 years (Healthcare Assistant / HCA / Care Assistant / Support Worker)
• Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us)
• Up-to-date DBS
• Right to work in the UK
• Reliable, friendly, and strong communication skills

Contract details:

• Full-time temporary contract with a view to going permanent
• £14.24 - £22.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
• Pay rate depends on shift type - not experience
