Job summary

We Are Care is seeking experienced healthcare assistants to join our residential care home in Aylesbury (HP21). Day and night shifts are available with regular hours and shifts booked ahead.

You will provide personal care, assist with meals, and offer companionship as part of the home's care team. Both part-time and full-time options let you choose shifts that fit your schedule.

Mileage is paid between visits, and holiday pay is included in your hourly rate with a workplace pension where eligible.
