A local healthcare institution in Peterborough is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support patients in community settings. The role involves delivering high-quality, compassionate care to adults with complex health needs, and requires a driving license. Ideal candidates will have experience in health and social care and demonstrate strong communication skills. Full time hours are available, with a commitment to quality care essential.

The community nursing team across Peterborough is currently offering opportunities for full time hours (37.5 per week) working within CPFT.
We provide a service 7 days a week, working closely with other community services and Primary Care Networks to provide high standard holistic care to the population of Cambridgeshire.
You will have the opportunity to develop yourself, with extensive learning and development opportunities.
Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs. Please confirm in your application that you meet the specified criteria.
As an Healthcare Assistant you will work closely with the nursing team to follow a plan of care in order to deliver high quality, best practice care to adults with a range of complex health needs within their own homes. We are looking for caring, responsive and diverse people who share our passion to deliver our service.
