We re looking for kind, committed Care Assistants to join our client s brilliant team across: Honiton, Ottery Saint Mary, Axminster, Seaton & Sidmouth and surrounding areas.

What You ll Be Doing:

You ll bring comfort, support, and smiles to people in their own homes offering personalised care that helps them live life to the fullest.

Your day-to-day may include:
  • Supporting with personal care (washing, toileting, etc.)
  • Assisting with medication (prompting/administering)
  • Helping with mobility and safe manual handling
  • Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing

You ll only travel locally once you're in your designated working area helping reduce travel time and keep things manageable.

We never rush care. No ticking boxes just genuine, quality time with each client.

What You ll Need:
  • A full, valid UK driving licence
  • Access to your own transport
  • Availability every other weekend
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Most importantly a kind, caring nature and a passion for helping others!
What You ll Get:
  • £13 £14/hour (Weekdays before 5pm)
  • £14 £15/hour (Evenings & Weekends)
  • £20/hour (Bank Holidays yes please!)
  • Travel time + Milage Paid
