Healthcare Assistant - Ward

Leicester Hospital | Nursing | Permanent | Bank | Ad Hoc Includes weekend/night work. Up to £13.00 per hour, depending on experience.

As a Healthcare Assistant on the ward at our hospital, you’ll show us you’re able to meet deadlines and follow instructions. You have a good telephone manner, and great computer and database skills. You will be qualified with an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, and hold relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting.

NVQ Level 2 or 3 required

Leicester Hospital

Founded in 1969, Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital was originally built from funds raised by the local community and is now one of the leading providers of private healthcare in Leicestershire. The hospital has a strong local reputation with patients remaining loyal. It had a £4.5 million refurbishment in 2011 and was the blueprint for the wider hospital refresh programme.

The hospital has 28 ensuite inpatient beds, 2 laminar‑flow theatres, an endoscopy suite, a minor treatment room and 14 consulting rooms.
