A reproductive healthcare charity is seeking a part-time Healthcare Assistant in Peterborough to support the clinical team. This role requires experience in healthcare and a positive attitude towards patient care. Responsibilities include assisting with client care and supporting surgical procedures during operations. At BPAS, we have an exciting part-time opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our unit in Peterborough working every Thursday, 08:30 to 16:30. You will assist the clinical team to maintain and improve high standards of client care within the operating department and recovery areas of the unit. You will also carry out assigned tasks unsupervised in support of a registered practitioner and care for our clients.
You will have experience working in healthcare especially in a hospital, GP practice or operating theatre setting. With a positive can do attitude you will enjoy working as a part of a team and be passionate about helping and caring for others.
Candidates will need to be comfortable with terminations of pregnancy and seeing this procedure in theatre.

£25,759 to £31,090 per annum pro rata – depending on skills and experience. (£13.21 to £15.94 per hour)
