Job summary

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust in Hinckley is seeking Healthcare Assistants to join the East and North Ward at Hinckley and Bosworth Community Hospital. You will work with nurses and the multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care and support patients in recovery.

The role requires experience in health or social care, a caring and reliable approach, and strong team communication. Shifts cover a 24/7 rota. On-site parking and NHS benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health and/or Social Care.
• Caring, compassionate and reliable.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking clinical observations and providing clinical care as delegated.
• Supporting our patients in maintaining their health and well-being.
• Providing personal care to include washing, dressing and toileting / continence care.
• Accurately recording patient information.
• Working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
