Job summary

Stonewood Complex Care is seeking Healthcare Assistants to provide 1:1 complex care, including clients with challenging behaviour. A full, clean UK driving licence is essential, and you must be comfortable supporting individuals needing emotional and behavioural support.

Qualifications

• Comfortable supporting clients with Challenging Behaviour (training given).
• Experience assisting someone who needs emotional and behavioural support.
• Personal Care (When Required).
• A caring, respectful attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to suit client and rota needs.
• Drive Own Car with Business Insurance (That covers driving clients in own car).
• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver truly individualised care tailored to each person’s needs with time, training and support.
• Support clients with challenging behaviour and provide therapy and rehabilitation support.
• Assist with daily activities and independence and accompany clients to appointments and activities.
