Applicants must be 18 years or over to comply with regulations for personal care. Full induction training will be provided. After 6 months, the successful candidate will be offered the opportunity to undergo training level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Duties include assisting residents with their personal care needs along with maintaining a record of all care provided. Other duties include laundry, providing refreshments and any other support required throughout, administering all medication, if required. Dealing with and monitoring any health issues that may arise. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. The cost of the enhanced disclosure will be met by the employer. 2 references will be required.
