Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a care or nursing home setting.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Up-to-date mandatory training (or willing to complete).
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
• Supporting with mobility and transfers, including using hoists and other equipment.
• Monitoring and recording observations, such as fluid intake, temperature, and behavior.
• Promoting independence and providing emotional support.
• Assisting with mealtimes and nutrition needs.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns to senior staff.
• Working effectively as part of a team and following care plans.

Job Description
