Job summary

SHR Group is seeking a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our team in the West Midlands. The role involves supporting nursing and clinical staff, delivering personal care, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures across varied settings.

The successful candidate will have hospital/acute care experience and a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, with strong communication and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. Flexible shifts are available.

We are looking for dedicated and experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCA) to join our team in the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with a background in hospital or acute care to work flexible shifts across various settings.

• Days: Mondays - Sundays (including Bank Holidays)
• Hours: A range of shift patterns available, from 4-hour to 12-hour shifts to suit your availability
• Location: West Midlands
• Computer System: Adastra

Experience Required:
