An established healthcare provider in Tees Valley seeks a motivated health care assistant to join their team at Sedgefield Community Hospital. The role involves delivering personal care, assisting patients, and maintaining accurate documentation. Candidates must have NHS experience and relevant qualifications. We provide hospital services from two acute sites – Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North Durham. We also operate a centre for planned care in Bishop Auckland and provide care from community hospitals in Chester-le-Street, Shotley Bridge, Barnard Castle, Sedgefield, Weardale and many other community settings, as well as patients’ homes.
Essential skills include computer proficiency and the ability to learn new skills. Desirable experience includes previous care experience and relevant training courses.

You must have a minimum of two years of NHS experience as a Healthcare Assistant and a current visa that does not expire within 3 months. Full job descriptions and supporting documents are available in the adverts.
