Working flexible shifts on various wards throughout Haywood hospital, you will provide much‑needed care and support to people when they are feeling unwell, vulnerable, and unsure. As a new Healthcare Assistant, you will be supported to complete the Care Certificate, which will maximise your future opportunities in the NHS and the wider care industry. If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant, you will find that your career development opportunities are vast with the chance to study for qualifications such as the NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Healthcare Support Services and the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Healthcare Support.
