Job summary

A leading recruitment service is seeking experienced Healthcare Workers/Care Assistants/Support Workers in the Reading area. Ideal candidates will have at least six months of UK experience, certification requirements, and be ready to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK experience in healthcare.
• Enhanced DBS (Adults or Adults and Children) required.
• Driver's license preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work in Residential Units, Nursing Homes, and with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviors.
• Manage various shift patterns including Early, Late, Long-days, Sleep-ins, and Waking Nights.
