Job summary

HCRG Care Group is recruiting for a Healthcare Assistant at HMP Norwich. You will join a nurse-led service delivering 24/7 healthcare and supporting the multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate patient care.

As part of the induction programme, you will complete the Care Certificate and develop skills to succeed in a busy, secure healthcare environment while contributing to high-quality care and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to work in a secure, regulated environment.
• Completion of Care Certificate or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of high-quality patient care in a secure setting.
• Prepare clinical areas and equipment for clinics and procedures.
