Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our team. The service aims to provide an excellent standard of person‑centred planned and unplanned nursing intervention to patients in their homes and is part of an integrated service that supports patients to remain in their home environment. The successful candidate will deliver safe, effective care for the patient experience. As a Health Care Assistant you will work closely with the multi‑disciplinary team to support the service, focus on delivering quality outcomes and improving the patient experience. You should be enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated. The service operates from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week, with weekends and bank holidays required. Car owner/driver with a valid driving licence or access to a car is essential unless a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010 applies.

Main Duties of the Job
  • Deliver safe, effective care for the patient experience.
