  • Shifts:Part Time| Days & Nights| 4-10-hour shifts| Alternate Weekends| Ad Hoc shifts available in school holidays

Meet Our Client

We are supporting a teenage boy who lives at home with his family and dog in Loughborough. He enjoys listening to audiobooks, attending Youth Club and watching his favourite TV shows and DVDs.

You will provide care during both day and night shifts. Your role will include delivering personal care, administering medication, supporting his mobility needs, and managing his clinical care.

During day shifts, you will support him at school, ensuring all clinical needs are met and assisting with his education. He loves attending school and actively participates in classroom activities.

As a key member of his care team, you will also provide overnight support in the family home. He usually settles to bed around 8:30pm and is comforted by listening to audiobooks or CDs to help him relax and fall asleep.

Applicants must be drivers with access to their own vehicle.

What Youll Need
