We have a fantastic opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join the team at HMP Altcourse, a busy Category B male prison in Fazakerley, Liverpool. HMP Altcourse is the busiest remand prison in the country, so there's lots going on in this exciting, varied role, where you will gain valuable experience, and no two days are ever the same!

This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, making a real difference to patients, and delivering outstanding care. This role offers excellent developmental opportunities and is a great environment to build on your experience and gain new skills! This role sits within our Primary Care team, where no 2 days are ever the same! You will work across inpatients, respond to codes, help patients on the wings and more!

Hours: This is a part time role, 30 hours per week, working 3 shifts per week, 9am - 8pm.

Salary This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary of £25,557 - £29,723 per annum FTE - depending on experience
