Job summary

Search Consultancy is expanding its Bank Support Worker team in the Hull area and we're looking for experienced Support Workers to join us. Flexible agency shifts across a range of high-quality healthcare services offer next-day video interviews and a fast-track recruitment process.

You’ll support adults in specialist healthcare settings, including individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months UK experience as a Support Worker or in a similar healthcare role.
• A caring, reliable and professional approach.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to travel within Hull and the surrounding areas using own transport or public transport.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with day-to-day living activities
• Promoting independence, dignity and choice
• Assisting with mobility and safe moving & handling
• Supporting with meals, hydration and personal wellbeing
